Historically the Trio technology and know how was related to canning.  Today the core technology is the "freeze" drum technology developed by Trio.  Soft and slippery fillets of fish and meat are firmly positioned on the cold drum by surface freezing. ready for further processing.  The process is hygenic, fast, reliable and gentle to the raw material.

Our subsidiary company Trio FTC was the inventor of mechanical pin boning and has developed various slicing machines for fish and meat.

Today Trio can offer a range of unique machines and solutions for skinning, slicing, cutting and pinboning.
