Trio FDS “freeze drum skinning” offers unique skinning of all types of fish fillets and processing from soft fish, fish with weak skin, shallow skinning, deep skinning, manual feeding and automatic feeding etc.

 

Trio offer pin boning solutions for fish ranging from white fish, saithe, mackerel, trout and salmon.  Trio has a patented solution for removing pin bones in atlantic salmon fillets pre-rigor shortly after slaughtering.
