Vertically sliced port fillet

The meat is placed on the infeed conveyor. The fresh, soft, boneless meat is supported from top and bottom while passing the oscillating knives. The slicing is perfect with little loss of yield. No support freezing is needed to firm up the meat. The standard slicing width is 10 mm.
The meat can be placed at any angle on the in feed conveyor to achieve different lengths and looks of the slices.
Fresh horizontally pre-sliced breast fillets from Trio FDS 3000-3 can be sliced vertically to produce strips. Slicing strips will produce cubes.
The machine is light, flexible and simple to operate. The machine can be used as a free-standing slicer or in line with other machines. The capacity is up to 100 chicken breast fillets per minute.
