Whitefish processing lines were initially developed to produce only frozen blocks. Today's customers want fresh boneless portions with a choice of skin on or skin off.

Trio will for a limited period offer a trade-in rebate when buying a new FDS 35 skinning machine.  There are many old Trio skinning machines made from black steel and with painted surfaces still in use.  A new FDS 35 skinning machine with hygenic design will increase yield by more than 2%.    

The new FDS 35 skinning machine has proven to be a machine where substantial savings can be achieved. A number of customers have made their own tests with a yield improvement of more than 2% compared to older type Trio skinning machines .
